What is  RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a type of psychotherapy developed by *Marisa Peer. 

It is a complete solution-based treatment therapy that has changed the lives of thousands of people, and draws on the principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuroscience, and neuroplasticity to deliver fast, effective, long-lasting results.

However, although RTT combines some of these elements, it is actually one of a kind, and its foundation is guided by the idea that you don’t need a lifetime to learn, master, and change the processes of the mind - hence the use of ‘rapid’ in its title.

 

RTT aims to bring about rapid and lasting change by accessing the unique power of the subconscious mind to identify and reframe underlying beliefs and patterns that contribute to the client's issues. In other words, RTT focusses on finding the root cause of the issue and often providing the client with enlightenment, a deeper understanding of themselves, and those golden ‘A-Ha’ moments.

 

No-one is born with negative beliefs and habits; we acquire them as we grow and experience life. RTT rapidly and permanently removes these negative beliefs and habits by exploring, with the client how, where, and when they acquired them, and then helping each client to understand and reframe the beliefs that are causing them issues and holding them back in life.

One of RTT’s most powerful tools is to converse directly with the subconscious mind, via hypnosis, to discover what has happened in the past, and just as important, how they felt and what they believed about what happened. 

It is designed, therefore, primarily to show the client what lies beneath their feelings and behaviours, and give them a fast-track to becoming more aware of why they are who they are. This rapid insight gives them a deep understanding as to how their perception of these events from the past have been carried on into their modern life and moulded them into how they think, feel, react and behave. RTT highlights the link, and therefore enables this faulty connection to be removed and rewired in a powerful, positive and dynamic way.

As an RTT professional, I am equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial in communicating with the subconscious mind and accessing and addressing whatever blocks there may be. From there, the mind can be reprogrammed for success.

What Should I Expect From a Session?

As a qualified RTT Practitioner, I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. We will work together to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time, and the beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today.

Once that has been achieved, I will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a bespoke personalised audio for you to listen to for 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward, and create permanent change through neuroplasticity of the mind.
